SINDHI KOKI |

Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta)
2/3rd cup finely chopped Onion
2 tsp finely chopped Coriander (Dhania)
3 finely chopped Green Chillies
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix enough water to make a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
- Take each portion and roll out the dough just enough to flatten the same and slightly roast it on both sides on hot tawa. Take it off the tawa and roll it again till parantha thickness.
- Place on tawa again and put little oil from sides.
- Cook till both sides get brown patches. Cook on slow gas to get flaky texture.
- Serve hot with curd or tea.
Note: It has a shelf life of 24hrs.
